About the position :
Liberty Source PBC is growing its team of REMOTE, PART-TIME Bilingual Transcriptionists to capture both sides of recorded conversations in their original language, and then precisely translate those conversations into English.
Successful AI Transcriptionists must possess impeccable bilingual skills and be able to rapidly and accurately translate recorded speech into English.
The ideal candidates will have a solid ability to focus on efficiency and problem-solving, as well as excellent writing and comprehension skills you may sometimes be asked to compose new text related to a given topic within a specified amount of time.
The ability to maintain a strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment is highly valuable in this position.
To succeed in this role, you :
- Must be fully bilingual (written and spoken)
- Must be able to accurately transcribe speech into correctly written text
- Must have excellent attention to detail (this transcription requires 100% accuracy)
- Must have the ability to distinguish speech from background noise, static, other sounds
Is this you?
- Native proficiency in at least one non-English language preferred, though not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in commonly-used office computer applications
