ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client seeks a highly qualified attorney with 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience to join its Litigation Department in its suburban Philadelphia / South Jersey office.
An ideal candidate will have between 1-4 years of complex commercial and / or business litigation experience. Admission to the New Jersey bar is required.
The successful attorney should possess :
- Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- 1-4 years of sophisticated, complex commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
- Hands-on litigation experience including discovery responses, motion practice and legal research.
