What You'll Do :
- Process weekly payroll info and manage multi-state payroll with Workday.
- Review, audit, and adjust timesheets to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors on wage garnishments, insurance, and taxes.
- Conduct weekly audits and provide payroll reports to management.
Handle stop payments, manual checks, and system updates with ease.
- Be the go-to person for pay policy inquiries and build positive relationships with our team.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
- Work closely with HR and Finance to budget and forecast payroll expenses.
What You'll Bring :
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of payroll experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience with Workday is preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
What We Offer :
- This is a fully onsite position at our Raleigh facility, conveniently located near the airport.
- Regular hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, with some (limited) flexibility for working from home possible after 90 days of employment.
