Job Name : Senior Property Accountant
Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Pay Rate : $85k - $105k base plus bonus

Fast paced and continually growing commercial real estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with month end close duties including financial statements, journal entries, accruals, as well as the budget.
- Assist with acquisitions.
- Be a key player in process improvements, documentation and projects.
EDUCATION :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills.
- Real estate exposure highly preferred.
