Key Tasks
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Perform inspections, checks, and tests on wheelchair frames, wheelchair components, and finished wheelchairs, based on defined criteria, using standard physical, mechanical, and / or electrical measurements.
- Accept or reject finished products and / or components based on predetermined inspection criteria.
- Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audits standards.
- Accurately document inspection and testing results.
- Maintain controlled document files and test records in timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
- Participate in construction and / or revision of inspection procedures.
- Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
- Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
- Work with production team, engineering team, and quality control team to provide feedback to fabricators and assemblers regarding production procedures.
- Review device history records and other documentation for compliance with established procedures.
- Perform detailed and accurate counting and mathematical calculations.
- Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and awareness of surroundings.
- Work independently and with others in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Support all quality, safety, and environmental programs.

Your Background
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of Quality Control experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relatedexperience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and / oron-the-job training
- Working knowledge of measuring instruments
- Basic MS Office skills desired (Outlook, Word, Excel); SharePoint andPowerBI knowledge a plus
