BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Services Coordinator to join our luxury Harbor Point community located in Stamford, CT.

The Resident Services Coordinator provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator Engages in community activities and effectively represents the community and BLT’s local interests by fostering productive community relationships with our residents Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures Processes work orders for the maintenance department and follows up with residents to ensure satisfaction with the work completed Prepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Develops, produces, and coordinates resident communications including but not limited to newsletters, surveys, and lease violation notices Ensures community and company policies are followed Reviews resident feedback with upper management team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken promptly Facilitates professional and friendly atmosphere that exceeds resident expectations Requirements of the Position of Resident Services Coordinator Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service 1+ year experience in property management, or coordinating preferred Consistent weekend availability required Must be highly visible, approachable and p ossess a passion for excellence Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED, College education preferred Benefits Provided to the Position of Resident Services Coordinator : Compensation package includes : Competitive Pay with Potential for Bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Plan 401k Plan Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement 20% Housing Discount at BLT Properties BLT is an equal opportunity employer Note for Any current BLT Employees : We encourage employees to remain in their current role for a minimum of 6 months before applying for a new position within the company.
