Job Description
Learn to use appropriate hand and power tools to properly assist electricians in performing his / her duties, including, but not limited to :
- Measuring, cutting, and pulling wire or cable
- Install various electrical boxes
- Install various light fixtures
- Overhead conduit or cable installation
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects, such as wiring, conduit
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep supplies and parts in order
- Load, transport, unload, and furnish electrician with materials, tools and supplies
- Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary
- Help install all other related items in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications
- Perform other routine duties as directed by experienced Electricians
Job Requirements
- Transport to and from job sites around the Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, and Orlando area
- Work from all types of step ladders, frame ladders, and all size extension ladders
- Work in all elements of weather depending on job location, time of year : heat, cold, rain, and direct sunlight
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
