Sr. IT Project Manager (IAM)
BCT is in search of a contract Sr. IT Project Manager (IAM) responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control & completion of specific IT projects ensuring consistency with IT strategy, commitments & goals.
Especially, in the Identity Access Management (IAM) space.
CONTRACT PAY : Up to $135 an hour depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leads the planning and implementation of multiple IT projects simultaneously
- Defines project tasks & resource requirements to develop full-scale project plans
- Manages project budget plus manages project resource allocation
- Plans and schedules project timelines & track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implements & manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Experience with audits in highly regulated environments & coordinating physical inspections
Demonstrates attributes of presence, articulation, confidence, and persuasiveness.
Demonstrates strong subject matter expertise plus operations experience
Expert-level project management, meeting agreed-upon completion dates & delivery of desired results for multiple, parallel projects
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Proven experience in leading project teams, strategic planning & risk management
Experience implementing managed services in a cyber environment
QUALIFICATIONS :
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT preferred or equivalent experience required
Proficient in project mgmt. software & SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation
7+ years of IT project management experience
- Experience with audit standards : SOC 1,2,3, C&A & UARs
- Frameworks : TSA Security Directive, SOX, PCI, NERC, NIST 2.0, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale IT deployment & implementation projects within the Identity Access Management (IAM) space
Proficient knowledge of IT terminology, engineering practices and processes
Internal process knowledge expert (RSL, Change management, change request, etc.)
