The opportunity

Our clients are seeking and hiring a new type of Transformation Design expert one who provides strategic guidance, drives Product and Solution vision, but is also deeply embedded in the delivery and success of their value-driven programs.

Traditional suppliers, such as strategy houses, systems integrators, and engineering project management consultants cannot provide the complete service our clients now demand.

Our insights and capabilities across all levels in planning, analysis and delivery are integrated into our core offerings, and this exemplifies our unique viewpoint over traditional program management.

We also offer services that focus on 'bridging the gap' between Execution and Strategy primarily by designing and implementing frameworks and solutions that allow companies to make data-driven decisions to optimize and manage commercial transformation while being enabled via value management, portfolios and complex program frameworks.

With digital and artificial intelligence transformations being a focus of EY, we have incorporated technology into our processes, automating manual work and enabling us to provide greater insights and value to our clients.

Your key responsibilities

A successful TD&E Manager will work with our clients to architect and establish a Transformation Management Office (TMO), Value Management Office (VMO) and / or EPMO infrastructure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven Value-Driven frameworks and methodology based on industry recognized global standards.

You will team with engagement leadership to co-design, establish and operate business, architecture, solution architecture, product management approaches and resulting day to day value delivery structures tracking performance, status and benefit realization across workstreams.

You will support a knowledgeable team with experience in planning, controlling and executing complex TMOs, VMOs and / or ePMOs.

Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of engagement and will be under responsibility of higher levels.

They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate

Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess / present ways to serve clients. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Approximately 5+ years of related work experience; providing Professional consulting services, preferably Big 4, in supporting Business and Solution Architecture, Product and Portfolio Management and Program Management functions in at least one of the following areas : TMO / VMO / EPMO design / set up and delivery, Value and Complex Product or Program road-mapping design, TMO / ePMO maturity assessment, End-to End ERP implementation, End-to End Artificial Intelligence / Data Fabric or related implementations
• Proven success in leading a workstream and / or team of staff / senior consulting professionals
• Product, ePMO and / or Value Management Methodology expertise
• Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness to travel to meet client needs and ability to travel internationally;

travel is estimated at 80%

Ideally you'll also have

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with an emphasis in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics and / or Business. CPA, PMP, Six Sigma and / or Certified SAP Solution Manager
• Sector experience in areas such as Media and Entertainment, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, and Consumer Products.

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $119,900 to $219,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $143,900 to $249,800.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
