Field Service Engineer Electrical

• Willingness to learn gas turbine assembly / disassembly particulars and assist Vericor Mechanical Field Service Engineers in performing related tasks in the field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with industrial / marine gas turbines, and control systems.
• Strong customer relations experience, develop and enhance customer relationship. Ability to work effectively in high pressure, time & cost sensitive situations, oftentimes under direct customer observation.
• Deals effectively in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus and continuity with customers, subcontractors, and senior management.

• Demonstrated project, product, and subcontract management skills.
• Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting mechanical systems in the field. Deliver on internal and external commitments.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written, provide clear and concise technical field service reports.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
• Physically able to perform the tasks as required.
• Ability to pass an eye exam, sufficient visual acuity to perform inspections as needed.
• U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status.
• Experience with Oil & Gas regulations and meeting product certification requirements.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Travel up to 65% of the time in support of Vericor fielded products. Primarily CONUS. Ability to travel occasionally OCONUS.
• A&P license a plus.
