Job Responsibilities :
- Manage receivables for grant and non-grant related payments
- Oversee federal donor reports for accuracy in accordance with reporting schedule
- Monitor monthly grant activity to for accurate and complete reporting.
- Reconciles grant-related General Ledger accounts.
- Aid with annual financial audit compliance.
- Effectively communicate across functions with other departments and finance team members for prompt and accurate responses to award inquiries
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of direct finance or accounting experience related to grant reporting
- 2+ years of experience with financial transactions related to grants and allowability.
- 2+ years of experience with grant regulations related to federal and non-government entities
- 1 year of working within large ERP software
- Microsoft office suite experience required
