Cash Management Analyst

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a national leader in property management of multifamily affordable rental housing communities. With over 20 years of stability in Orlando, they are looking for a highly energetic multitasker with minimal accounting experience to receive training and development directly from the management team.
The Cash Management Analyst will be vital to the team, ensuring smooth financial operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CASH MANAGEMENT ANALYST
- Monthly Reconciliations : The Cash Management Analyst will prepare monthly Yardi and Excel bank reconciliations.
- Journal Entries : Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Month-End and Audit Preparation : Prepare bank reconciliation packs for month-end and audit.
- Communication : Handle communication to properties for NSFs and any outstanding items.
- Write-Off Forms : Prepare write-off forms for uncollectible amounts.
- Cash Queries : Handle cash-related queries to ensure smooth financial operations.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CASH MANAGEMENT ANALYST
- Bank Reconciliation Experience : One year of bank reconciliation experience is preferred for the Cash Management Analyst role.
- Educational Background : An associate degree in accounting is a plus.
- Excel Proficiency : The Cash Management Analyst requires basic proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Yardi Proficiency : Experience with Yardi is a plus.
