Job Summary :
Controlled Climate Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Service Tech to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and possess technical proficiency in HVAC systems.
As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of HVAC systems for our clients.

Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and lubrication of components
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and provide technical solutions to clients
- Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer instructions and local codes
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, installations, and repairs
- Educate clients on proper care and maintenance of their HVAC systems
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and HVAC troubleshooting
- Experience working with various types of HVAC systems, including central air, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
