G.A Rogers & Associates is excited to partner with our Addison, Texas based client in search of a dynamic Manager of SEC Reporting to join their growing team.
This rapidly growing organization is looking to build out their Technical Accounting team and this role will assist with that initiative!

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quarterly and annual financial reporting and filings for the SEC & monthly lease accounting
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements reported on Form 10-K and Form 10-Q and related footnotes, business section, etc.
- Ensures compliance with internal audit requirements and maintains departmental SOX documentation files
- Develops, plans, and recommends practices and procedures for the proper financial control of the company.
- Captures, summarizes, analyzes and reports financial results and related disclosures to management
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining employees when applicable
Desired Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting and reporting experience with a SEC registrant (10Q & 10K) or in publicly accounting reviewing a SEC registrant.
- Desire to grow professionally, eager to streamline processes and procedures.
- CPA or CPA eligible with progress towards licensing is required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 Per Year
