Responsibilities :
- Performall aspects of design for HVAC for Healthcare Commercial HigherEducation or Laboratoryprojects
- Provideadvanced heating / cooling load calculations withTrace / HAP
- Developsections / elevations of complex duct work and piping areas equipmentroom sizes during SD and DD phases and air and waterflows
- Editspecifications
- Coordinateall details of HVAC system design andprojects
- Assistwith completing RFI s for a project and reviewsubmittals
- Deliverappropriate documentation using proper scope for SD DD and CD leveldocuments
- Meet withcontractors during bid phase to review designdetails
Requirements :
- BSdegree in MechanicalEngineering
- 8years of experience in HVACdesign
- PELicense
- Proficientin AutoCAD andRevit
- Abilityto manage multiple projects at the sametime
Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
