Overview :
We are looking for a compassionate, capable, and caring individual as a Full-Time Sales Intake Coordinator to work out of our corporate office in Long Beach.
The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of home care services to prospective clients and referrals.
You will evaluate clients referred to our organization, identifying insurance coverage, and coordinating referrals for home services.
This position requires to work in-office
Responsibilities :
Handling all incoming referral calls and completing needs assessments
Communicates with and documents all communications and authorizations with staffing coordinators and other necessary departments
Collaborates with referral sources and clients to ensure the best possible care
Maintains liaison relationship with community organizations referring to Cambrian Homecare
Responsible of conversion of prospective clients and referral sources
Responsible for transcribing detailed and accurate information in the computer system correctly to include but not limited to demographics, insurance information and prospective client information
Communicates with client and family regarding arrangements for initiation of care / services
Works closely with Staffing Coordinating department to ensure adequate care
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Spanish
Ability to pass a background check and reference check
Posted Min Pay Rate :
USD $19.00 / Hr.
Posted Max Pay Rate :
USD $23.00 / Hr.
