- Hands-On Learning : Start as a Shop Helper and gain valuable, hands-on experience in manufacturing.
- Explore Different Departments : Participate in weekly activities designed to give you insight into all areas of our manufacturing process, from machining to assembly and quality control.
- Build Connections : Join a supportive group of peers with regular group lunches and activities, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and community.
- Career Placement : After successfully completing the program and demonstrating alignment with our core values, you'll be placed within a department that best matches your skills and interests.
