The Regional Marketing Manager for Fragrance defines and implements the marketing plan throughout the region (Latin America and Caribbean) for Boutiques, Specialists (Local Market) and Travel Retail.
Key Responsibilities : Implement Fragrance Strategy of the regionResponsible for product launches with supply chain, store entities, with the objective of maximizing the commercial impact and market exposure of the Maison.
Follow marketing guidelines to successfully fit South America markets specificities (language, culture, seasonality, trends).
Accountable for leading the Fragrance annual Strategic Plan process from concept to implementation and monitoring.Shares action plan per main market to major stakeholders.
Conduct outline and implementation of local 360 Marketing strategy in coordination with HQ marketing as well as local top management : budgeting & resource allocation.
Lead the Fragrance Retail Integration strategy. Elevate the fragrance experience in the retail network.Responsible for providing and preparing assortment fitting needs of the region, with revision twice a year.
Performance Analysis : Define and monitor target KPIs per boutique in close collaboration with retail / commercial teams.
Recommend and coordinate implementation of action plans based on performance analysis.Responsible for preparation of all regional reporting’s to Brand Central Management as well as local performance reviews.
Identify e-commerce opportunities in the region aligned with HQ parameters.Ensure e-commerce / e-partners are aligned with HQ guidelines (Art work, product catalogue, etc).
Prepare reporting to HQ as well as local monthly business reviews.Media and Ecommerce : Collaboration with media team to support major lines & launches for a strategic media plan.
Monitor competitors activities including launches, events and pricing strategies for specialist (wholesale partners).Responsible for managing and tracking A&P budget including communication with Finance.
Collaborate with clients’ departments to develop client strategy and identify CRM opportunities.Implement strategic plan for e-commerce.
Update and follow up to ensure our retailers website are updated (assortment & prices).Training : Educate specialist teams on Cartier history, products, sales techniques, coaching : launches and training events.
Conduct in-person and virtual trainings - internal (on-boarding new commerce, CRC refresher or newness) in collaboration with Commercial team.
Build strong relationship with Brand Managers and Boutique Managers.Retail : Collaborate with commercial team on implementing a retail action plan for boutiques.
Develop and propose specific activations.Visibility : Collaborate with local VM to ensure proper implementation of animations and / or visibility enhancement needs.
Ensure the roll-out implementation of the Fragrance wall / spot across all channels network in close collaboration with local SDP teams.
Develop planograms when needed and / or requested.Area of Responsibility : MexicoEducation : Bachelor’s degree in the Marketing field required.
Master’s degree preferred.Required Experience : 8-10 years of relevant work experience in fragrances.Trade Marketing, Marketing, strategic planning, project management, client relations.
Technical Skills / Abilities : Fluent in English and Spanish required. French & Portuguese a plus.Detail oriented, with high organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
High interpersonal skills with service minded nature and outgoing personality.Very dynamic with team spirit that is essential to coordinate with all the departments on different initiatives.
Enjoys independent problem solving, easily adjusts to changing circumstances.Analytical skills.Proactive approach when managing the lines.
