Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for :

• Lead the day-to-day onsite operations of ground-up projects valued from $2M to $20M
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety enforcement
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensure code compliance, and resolve field issues
• Partner closely with PMs and owners to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate site documentation and utilize project management software
