Job Responsibilities :
- Operate and set up Mori Seiki CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls
- Edit and modify CNC programs directly at the machine
- Ensure accurate and efficient production of high-quality parts
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or Programmer
- Proficiency in operating Mori Seiki Lathes and Fanuc controls
- Strong programming and editing skills for CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work overtime and on the first shift
