Job Title : Radiology Billing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Radiology Billing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing and coding, specifically in radiology.
The Radiology Billing Representative will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and reimbursement for radiology services.
Responsibilities :
- Review and verify accuracy of radiology billing codes and charges
- Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims
- Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries and disputes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and billing requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and coding, specifically in radiology
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and billing requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
