We are looking for a rockstar Banquet Captain to efficiently execute proper set up, service, and breakdown of assigned banquet functions.
The Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects and / or tasks to meet deadlines.
- Monitor function during peak period to oversee production flow and presentation.
- Responsible for enhancing the function ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction.
- Supervise banquet servers and work in a team environment.
- Project a professional, friendly and courteous image to guests.
The Model Qualifications :
- 2+ years Banquet experience.
- 1+ year supervisor experience.
- Exceptional banquet operations skills a plus.
