Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Manager, Sales Team- Micro Small Business Unit (MSBU)!
Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift
Candidate must reside close to 4 Sales office locations Virginia Beach, Richmond, Roanoke, or Reston, VA. Need to attend in person meetings approximately 1x a month.
Standard Working Hours : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM (ET). M-F
Job responsibilities :
- This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Optima Health Sales Executives, Field Marketing Organization (FMO), GAs, and external brokers.
- The manager will cultivate and manage relationships with assigned Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, and Brokers in their assigned territories to achieve profitable new business growth objectives.
- Responsible for managing the sales process of Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, Brokers.
- Will participate with direct prospects, and sales leads as assigned.
- Consistently meet or exceed department membership goals set annually.
- Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers.
- Oversees and conducts member education sessions as requested.
Required qualifications :
- BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree required
- 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations or related fields, preferred sales experience in health or health / life insurance industry.
- Certification to sell health or health / life insurance is required within 60 days of being hired (L-HIL or L-LIFEHI).
- Driver's License - Other / National
