Position Description :

LCG is seeking a highly skilled and certified Audio Visual Engineer to join our team. This key position requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced audio-visual systems for commercial applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a range of certifications and a deep understanding of the latest AV technologies and solutions.

Required Certifications :

• CTS-D : Certified Technology Specialist Design (Required)
• IVC-D : Crestron Intelligent Video Certification Design (Preferred)
• FLX-ZR : Crestron Flex for Zoom Rooms® Software Solutions (Preferred)
• DCT-D : Crestron Design Certification Commercial (Preferred)
• CTI-P201 : Crestron Intermediate System Programming Class (Preferred)
• Dante Certification Level 2 - Intermediate Dante Concepts (Preferred)
• Biamp TesiraFORTÉ Certification (Preferred)
• Shure MXA920 Ceiling Array Microphone Certification (Preferred)
• Other manufacturer training. e.g., Shure, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX (Preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design, install, and configure audio visual systems in commercial environments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in the design and implementation of commercial AV systems.
• Strong technical skills in audio visual system integration and programming.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education / training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
