- Will provide leadership to the quality department and implement the overall quality system
- Will serve as a liaison between production and management regarding quality issues
- Responsible for handling quality documentation (PPAP’s, corrective actions, audits etc.)
- Will perform plant-wide audits on quality related activities and supplier qualities issues with offsite visits
- Will coordinate IATF certification efforts to pass IATF Audits
- Responsible for implementing lean processes to improve quality flow
- Quality Management experience automotive is preferred
- IATF16949 documentation experience PPAP’s
- Corrective actions and team building experience
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
