As System Administrator for the Beeline platform, you will manage support, troubleshoot, collaborate, and own all technical aspects of the Beeline Platform to ensure the Beeline Platform is optimized for the business.
This role will focus on system configuration, integrations, support, and applying best practices throughout the application lifecycle.
Due to the requirements of this position, it is required to work a minimum of 3 days a week at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL campus.
Responsibilities :
- Provide the daily, weekly, and monthly support required to align with business goals and objectives related to the Beeline solution.
- Provide guidance and support for end-user application issues, including troubleshooting errors, managing support tickets, and testing solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for systems support issues.
- Support and maintain system functions by setting up user security permissions, testing new application versions, and overseeing table maintenance.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess business functions and processes, gather requirements, and evaluate output requirements and formats.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide application enhancement solutions, leveraging both out-of-box solutions and custom configurations to meet complex business needs.
- Collaborate on project governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards throughout the platform adoption and application lifecycle.
- Document current and future state processes and develop functional specifications as needed.
- Conduct unit and system testing of new functionality and projects, ensuring quality and functionality meet requirements.
- Assist in building test plans, scenarios, and scripts to support QA and UAT efforts. Partner with project managers to develop detailed project plans, identifying milestones, tasks, and required resources.
Qualifications :
- Detailed knowledge of critical business processes and the system infrastructure supporting those processes.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, and QA test scripts.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust task management skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working within a Scrum Agile structure and methodology, preferably SAFe Agile.
- Experience organizing and managing epics, features, stories, and tasks using Microsoft Azure ADO boards
- Experience operating as a full life-cycle platform product owner, shepherding the platform through daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance, administration, upgrades, and technical evolution
