NIGHT SHIFT POSITION must be Bilingual :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated night shift Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient operation of our production line.
You will work closely with the Plant Manager and production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role 5+ years required.
- Knowledge of Redzone is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot mechanical components.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- SQF, OSHA, and GMP knowledge is a must.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- SQF certification is a plus.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Spanish required.
