Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air, ocean, and rail shipments using CargoWise to ensure timely, accurate processing.
Prepare and review critical import documents, such as bills of lading and invoices.
Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including HTS classification and ISF filings.
Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to streamline the clearance process.
Resolve any shipment delays or documentation issues, maintaining smooth communication with stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze shipping costs to identify efficiency opportunities and generate performance reports.
What You Bring
Experience : 3+ years in import / export operations, with proven CargoWise proficiency.
Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and import documentation.
Skills : Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Mandarin skills are a bonus, helping us better connect with our global partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Certifications : Customs certification is a plus.
