Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary :

Aetrex, Inc. is looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing strategy and execution.

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth.

This role involves managing the entire email lifecycle from segmentation and targeting to execution, A / B testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Email Campaign Development : Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with company goals, including promotional emails, newsletters, product launches, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Audience Segmentation : Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to ensure tailored and personalized email content that resonates with different customer groups.
• Automation : Implement and optimize automated email workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Content Collaboration : Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals that align with brand messaging.
• A / B Testing : Design and execute A / B tests to optimize email performance. Test variables such as subject lines, email copy, CTA placement, and send times to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.

• Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure email marketing activities comply with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Stay updated on email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Collaboration with CRM Team : Partner with the CRM and data teams to leverage customer data for segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies.
• List Growth & Maintenance : Develop strategies to grow and maintain a healthy email subscriber list, including optimizing signup forms and managing email deliverability and list hygiene.
• Cross-Channel Integration : Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure email campaigns are integrated with other marketing channels, such as social media, paid ads, and content marketing.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Expertise in email best practices, segmentation strategies, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in A / B testing, email analytics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and personalization strategies.
