Sentara Hospice - Harrisonburgis looking for a full time Bereavement Coordinator to join the team.
Shift : Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining a bereavement program to meet the needs of the families / caregivers of patients in the Hospice program.
Provides bereavement support through grief support, therapeutic and spiritual counseling and through family assessments and consultations with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications :
- 3 years Hospice experience required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
