Responsibilities :
- Craft comprehensive documentation, including copy docs and style guides.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, operations specialists, and engineers to transform insights and requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Use judgment and creativity to solve complex problems in innovative ways.
- Develop clear, concise copy for accessibility features such as VoiceOver, ensuring usability for all users.
- Refine and update deliverables based on feedback from users, cross-functional team members, and senior partners.
- Work with localization partners to improve the translation process and ensure accuracy and relevance in every store.
- Present designs to broad audiences to gather feedback and build consensus.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of UX and how copy and design support each other.
- Experience contributing to and following a style guide.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and be motivated by feedback from designers and cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about creating inclusive, accessible copy that translates effectively for global audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work effectively to team members.
- Genuine enthusiasm for crafting exceptional user experiences and improving overall design quality.
