Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed. Assures quality production levels are maintained.
Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production. Receives food orders and prepares according to desired request.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum three years in different areas of kitchen preparation.
