Treasury Analyst / Assistant Treasurer

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst / Assistant Treasurer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing cash flow, investment operations, and compliance processes. This position is ideal for an experienced treasury expert who is eager to contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily cash activities across multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Conduct cash transfers and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts to support optimal liquidity management.

Prepare and distribute reports related to investment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trade settlements.

Manage global documentation for investment transactions and coordinate payments for investment manager fees and capital calls.

Draft and issue Letters of Direction to custodians while supporting compliance reporting for investment activities.

Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives as a treasury subject matter expert, driving key projects and improvements.

Provide backup support for accounts payable processing and approvals on a regular basis.

Maintain adherence to risk management policies by implementing governance and internal control standards.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enterprise risk management frameworks, and organizational policies.

Requirements :

Proven experience in corporate treasury or related financial roles.

Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

Expertise in treasury operations, including global processes and compliance activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Navision.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Familiarity with enterprise risk management and governance practices.
