TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Partner with the internal recruiting team in managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing needs.
• Interface with candidates and hiring managers to schedule preliminary phone screens and interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout recruiting and onboarding process.
• Assist in monitoring and identifying top-tier talent on internal and external job boards.
• Prepare and send onboarding documentation, such as offer letters, business protection agreements, and state badging instructions.
• Prepare and submit state badging documentation to the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates, internal hiring managers, and other contacts.
• Stay up to date on industry news and trends.
• Document and report recruiting metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting and / or administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Professionally proficient or fluent in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and / or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is a plus.
• Experience with Greenhouse and / or SAP preferred.
