About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director (LMHP) to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and make a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of licensed mental health professionals
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Develop, implement and grow programs
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and training to staff
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client care
Requirements :
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
