Hybrid Data Analyst/Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models, data flow diagrams, and database schemas.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from various sources.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data management best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture or related field.
• Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes.
• Understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in business administration, communications or relevant fields.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
