We need a Director of Operations to oversee all of our North America warehouse operations currently located in the US and Canada.

This role will play a critical part in our continued business expansion and operational efficiency, and will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and associate engagement for our global network.

This is a full-time role based in Hebron, KY.

What is a day in the life of a Director of Operations?

  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's North America warehouse operations division
  • Oversee every aspect of warehouse operations, including safety, scaling, process improvement, automation, inventory control, etc.
  • Expand and standardize buildings in the network.
  • Work closely with our Supply Chain team and other internal partners to determine a balanced level of input and output in inventory flows
  • Drive out waste and inefficiencies in our internal processes
  • Work closely with product and software development teams to influence new iterations of our WMS
  • Build out and manage teams across multiple time zones as the company scales to keep up with growth
  • Obsess over the data of your operations to derive actionable insights that lead to breakthrough levels of performance.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • Extensive professional experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, etc.
  • Extensive warehouse management experience, ideally on multiple levels over time
  • Experience building out a team, ideally both domestically and internationally
