We are looking for the right person to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking an entry level Commercial Lines Assistant.
Our Customer Service Rep, Account Assistant, is responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining accurate data base information, billing and learning rating systems.
This is a full-time, on-site position. We prefer experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required.

Responsibilities
- Assists Account Managers and Producers to service their book of business
- Maintains direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
- Maintains communication with underwriters
- Markets of agency client to insurance companies
- Handles policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,
Requirement
- Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
- High School Diploma is required.
- Post-secondary degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
