Acknowledgment of a prior conviction will not automatically disqualify you from consideration for employment.

- If you are an Investment Plan SUSORP, SCCSORP, or SMSOAP retiree (received a distribution / rollover) by selecting YES you acknowledge that you understand the information below, or that this information does not apply to you : - If you are reemployed in any full-time, part-time, paid, or unpaid position during calendar months 7 through 12 after taking your first distribution or rollover with an FRS participating employer, you will not be eligible for additional distributions and any Health Insurance Subsidy benefits are suspended until you terminate employment or complete 12 calendar months of retirement (whichever occurs first).
- By selecting YES, you acknowledge that you understand the below statement : "If I am NOT a current MCPS employee, and I am currently serving a court-ordered probation or currently in an open court case for any offense other than a minor traffic violation, I understand that I am not eligible for employment with MCPS until such probation is complete or my open court case is closed."
- EMPLOYMENT HISTORY CHECKS : Florida State Statute 1012.27 (6) states : "Before employing a person in any position that requires direct contact with students, conduct employment history checks of all the person's previous employers.
- Failure to disclose all previous employment information may result in an employment offer being rescinded. Do you understand you must provide current contact information for ALL of your previous employers / supervisors?
