Position Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR Director to lead our human resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for crafting and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives, boosting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals.

Talent Acquisition : Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations : Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs and conflict resolution.

Performance Management : Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational performance.

Training and Development : Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Compensation and Benefits : Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

HR Policies : Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

Diversity and Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.

HR Metrics : Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Leadership Development : Identify and develop leadership talent within the organization.

HR Technology : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Experience : At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills : Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Attributes : Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
