Your role will be pivotal in discovering and attracting top-notch candidates to help us grow and thrive.

Compensation : $22 per / hour + Commission for placements!

What You'll Be Doing :

• Talent Sourcing : Hunt down exceptional candidates through creative strategies, networking, and a bit of detective work.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with potential hires, keeping them excited about opportunities and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews with finesse, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Screening and Assessments : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to match them with the perfect roles.
• Data Management : Keep our ATS organized and up-to-date, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.

What Were Looking For :

• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related fieldwhere youve made your mark and honed your skills.
• Skills : Strong communication skills, with an eye for detail and a talent for connecting with people.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
• Attributes : Energetic, personable, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a smile.

You should be a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and driving results without constant supervision.
