Immediate opportunity for a Quality Control (QC) Analyst to work with a leading, pharmaceutical and medical device company specializing in eye care products.
As a Quality Contractor you will be responsible for helping to monitor and maintain compliance in the Global Technical Service Repair Center located in Lake Forest, CA.
The Global Technical Service Repair Center is responsible to the repair and testing of product used to service our medical instrumentation in the field.
quAs such, this role operates in a regulated manufacturing environment and helps ensure quality and compliance are maintained in the Repair Center.
Schedule / Shift : 1st shift, Mon.-Fri., Option to work 9 / 80 shift
Position Type : Contract for 6 mos. (through the end of Feb. 2025) potential to extend
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs manufacturing documentation review to ensure GxP compliance to internal and external regulations
- Executes product release from Company’s Global Technical Service Repair Center
- Effectively communicates quality needs to Operations and Supply Chain Teams
- Collaborates across functions to ensure seamless operational execution in the Repair Center
- Trains other on and communicates Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and other Quality principles
- Meets individual and team performance goals as defined in annual objectives.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree (BS) preferred
- Documentation review experience
- Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
