Position Location : We're all about flexibility! This will be a based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
As an Associate Business Analytics & Insights Manager for Ocean Spray Cranberries, you will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Your role will involve developing and performing analyses and applying those across Ocean Spray. Collaborating closely with several cross-functional teams and business partners, you will identify opportunities for growth, optimize product performance, and enhance customer engagement.
A Day in the Life...
- Perform analyses that address business questions and deliver insights that lead to greater sales and profit.
- This role interacts and services a range of areas including RGM, Marketing, Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, and Innovation.
Requires partnering with business partners across Ocean Spray and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships.
- Analyze multiple data sources, providing analytic solutions, cross-group guidance, and support where necessary for interpretation and implementation of results.
- Partner with external data partners to maximize value of data / tools to Ocean Spray.
- Assist with development, integration, and commercialization of learnings across Ocean Spray and functional partners. Works across Ocean Spray and functional partners to act as a consultant, analyze data, develop analytical solutions, standardize KPIs, develop internal score cards, all while driving Best Practices.
- Optimize deliverables through continuous improvement of process and analytical integrity wherever possible.
- Support the development and results of advanced analytic modeling / statistical analysis such as marketing mix models and consumption forecasting.
- Work with IRI data, internal data cubes and future data additions to develop analytical insights that answer business questions.
- Consult on IRI, other third-party supplier analytics, and internally based models to business partners with the intention to develop and maintain a learning atmosphere within Ocean Spray.
- Assist in the development and roll out of new analytical platforms.
- Build a winning culture by aligning with peers to drive alignment, understanding, and standardization, with objective to improve a culture based on fact-based decision making and the implementation of best practices.
- Translate findings into clear, concise presentations and written reports, enabling customers to quickly make fact-based decisions.
Communicate effectively across team and management to share findings and provide recommendations.
What We Are Looking For :
- BA / BS degree with 3+ years of experience
- Experience working with complex datasets and analytical solutions to address business problems.
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong understanding of IRI / Nielsen data
Education :
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
