This individual will be a part of the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics department within Advisor Services. Specific to the analytics function, the department delivers data-driven insights and enables accountability through the tracking and reporting of key metrics.
What you will do :
The Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant is responsible for leading analytical projects for relationship management and business development stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Leverage strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment on strategic priorities
- Establish a trusted partnership with colleagues and stakeholders
What you have
Required Competencies :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)
Preferred Competencies :
- Advanced degree or MBA
- 5+ years of experience with statistical tools (R, SAS)
- 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and / or a B2B environment
