We're looking for a Senior Sales Analyst who will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing insightful analysis and financial modeling.
In this position, you’ll help ensure that our sales compensation plans are fair and effective, providing the data and analysis needed to guide important decisions.
What You’ll Do :
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of potential changes to sales compensation.
- Calculate accruals and other key financial metrics related to compensation.
- Dive into sales performance data to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Create clear, compelling reports and presentations that summarize your findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the sales leadership and finance teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working together to make the best decisions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and financial analysis .
What We’re Looking For :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a sales organization.
- Advanced Excel skills , with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL .
- A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills .
- Someone with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
