Qualifications :

To be responsible for project landscape and hardscape design, coordinating project between disciplines, and providing guidance to support staff.

Will maintain office quality standards and procedures while meeting project budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Team in developing project strategies and conduct research as necessary. Meet objectives and deadlines established in the Project Planner.

Prepare a preliminary site budget and monitor through the design process with cost opinions.

Maintain check sets and coordinate periodic quality assurance reviews. Develop work plan to meet client scope, project deliverables, project schedule, and project budget.

Maintain thorough knowledge of plant materials and grading design. Conduct site analysis, storm water drainage analysis, zoning, and other regulatory checks analysis, and program evaluation.

Prepare alternative design solutions. Prepare and / or oversee the preparation of drawing and models illustrating design solutions.

Review the program through the design process to ascertain compliance. Prepare site design components of the Design Manual .

Coordinate design work with the Project Team and Consultants.

Achieve competence in the use of standard office software. Monitor construction cost throughout the project. Conduct research and analysis to aid decision making of alternative designs / materials.

Assure compliance with office / Owner standards.

Experience / Education :

1 3 years of experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and certification as a Professional Landscape Architect
