Job Summary

Summary : Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform timecard reconciliation, timecard adjustments, and reviewing discrepancies.
  • Completing Non-profit invoices and subsequent tasks related to NPO invoicing with Area Controller.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with entering earned tips for Hourly employees.
  • Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel and payroll files.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
  • Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
  • Attend in-service and / or safety meetings as required.
  • Assist in Payroll audits and reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • 2 years of Payroll experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Role hours may vary to match event schedule
