Location : Breinigsville, PA
Schedule : Day Shift or Night Shift, 12-hour set schedules
Pay : Starting at $22.05 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience
Job Description :
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating semiconductor-processing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
Your primary duties will include :
- Meeting Daily Production Goals :
- Support cleanroom fabrication operations by achieving daily production targets.
- Equipment Operation :
- Operate both manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Setup and Operation :
- Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment efficiently.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work constructively with team members to process wafers and optical components.
- Performance Tracking :
- Utilize computer software to monitor operational performance and make minor adjustments to enhance productivity.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manual and computer-controlled equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a set schedule.
