We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support and assist the Estimating Team to succeed submitting hard bids and design build proposals to the different agencies and clients.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
College Degree or proven experience as an administrative assistant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General office tasks and administrative duties.
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails from subcontractors.
- Coordinate tasks from various departments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Document control for construction bids and proposals.
- Fill out forms required to submit bids and proposals.
- Maintain communication and internal database for subcontractors and vendors.
- Upload and distribute bid documents.
- Experience in construction is preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION
Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe.

Salary Range : $55,000 $90,000 USD
