POSITION

The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO will report directly to and work closely with the CEO to support all aspects of personal and work duties.

Successful Candidates will be adept at :

  • Anticipating other’s needs and reading the moment . Learning what the Co-Founders have to do every single day (e.g. what must be completed, the goal, the deadlines, etc.)
  • Bringing creativity and innovation as you respect and work within that parameters of the company’s vision, mission, and philosophy
  • Thinking, acting, and working with others to minimize crises, make decisions, and save time for the President and CEO
  • Handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO include but are not limited to :

  • Keep the CEO organized by managing calendars, appointments, correspondence, etc.
  • Help facilitate company-wide departmental reports
  • Assist with special projects
  • Assist with personal errands / arrangements as needed

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES of the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO

  • Be extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks while working on multiple projects
  • Enjoy going above and beyond to help others
  • Be collaborative, solution-oriented, and positive
  • Have excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Have a keen attention to detail and follow through
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of professional administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working in a preschool, childcare, afterschool setting is a plus

HOURS

Monday through Friday, Full Time, 40+ hours per week

SALARY

Starting salary $30 / hr based on education & experience
